Creating Clips from Home Movies

I have some home movies I recently converted to DVD. That have the ISO/TS format of a regular DVD. I was wondering if there was a program to take certain pieces of these movies and cut them into clips into maybe mpeg form so that I can use them in my myspace profile.

Anyones help would be greatly appreciated!
