Work DVD no menus

Hi,

Work gave us a DVD of crazy stuff from the past couple of years, but the DVD has no menu at all and no chapters, so you have to ff just to find yourself or funny bits.

Is there any way I can reauthor this whole DVD to give it menus and chapters?
