Adding a menu

OK, that gave me "unexpected DVD error" when copying the other files to the output folder.

Would I need to run that step 8?

Hmm, opened with no errors in PgcEdit. What would cause the DVD to not play in Nero or MPC?

OK, I did "skip all" except for VTS_01_* and then used replace. That's what should happen right?

Yes. Then select title 1. Click replace. Browse to the IFO of the remastered title 1. Click OK and it will replace the title. You may need to check the CLUT later.

And do a rebuild time map in PgcEdit after.

WARNING: Number of Cells lower in replacing title. Blanking last ones

I know this would happen, as MuxMan never works right with the last cell, so all I knew how to do was remove it. The chapter number is strangely the same. Does that error make a big difference?

It worked fine, except a bug that when I skip chapters ahead in title one the menu appears as chapter 19 and is unclickable. What would cause that?

Seems the title finishes and then starts over again, since VobBlanker thought it was longer than it should be.

Would the time correction thing fix that?

No, that is a navigation issue. Post the final IFOs. Remember to also have auto letterbox and auto pan and scan checked in the domain stream attributes of VTS 1 (PgcEdit).

Also ensure there are no PUOps in VTST 1.

The blanked cells at the end are not relevant and can be removed, if wanted.

All I did was change from 4:3 to 16:9 letterboxed, didn't mess with anything else.

My trace of your DVD has it returning normally to the main menu (via title 2 which does not play). The trace of the playback (from title 1) is attached (which shows it clearly playing program 3 of the main menu (VTSM 1, 2) after the title finishes.

One tiny thing I have found. The seamless flag is set in the last cell of title 1 (it is an 8). Change it to a 0.

As I showed you before, it doesn't do that. The navigation of the DVD is to return to the main menu.

Open the project in PgcEdit. Double click on title 1. Change the cell flag for cell 19 to 0. At the same time, pop a 1 in the cell command # for cell 19. OK and save.

Please download the text file I attached earlier. You will clearly see that this is not the case! Fix the cell command and cell flag. And then rebuild the time map in PgcEdit if you want. Save and test.

Have you burned the DVD and tried it?

Ah yes. Chapter 18 is repeated from the beginning. Strange, what would have caused that? It also won't let me seek before chapter 18, when I select it in the chapter menu.

Has VOBBlanker screwed up?

strange, I selected chapter 13 from the chapter menu, every time I went back one it played the opening part again.

Also, I didn't burn it yet because it's dual layer and I don't wanna DVD shrink until I know it works.
