I have downloaded a 15GB concert recorded in HD (15 x 1GB *.TS files). I used HDTVtoMPEG2 to join the 15 files to create 1 TS file and all the joins are seemless. I then used HDTV2DVD to convert the *.TS files to a single mpeg2 file which comes to just over 7GB. The mpg file has no sync problems at all when played on my pc.
I then author it to DVD with DVDWS2 and about halfway it goes out of sync. The audio seems to get ahead of the video by a second or 2. I have tried other programs like TMPGENC DVD Author, NVE3 but the exact same thing happens with them.
So basically the mpg is in sync, it stays in sync when added to an authoring program and whilst adding chapters it is fine but it is once it has been converted to DVD that the problem occurs.
The VOB file that contains has the start of the sync problem starts playing in sync and goes out towards the end so the whole file isn't effected, just the end and every other VOB files after that one.
Any help or suggestions on how to resolve this would be really appreciated.
Cheers!
