I guess it is a single cell that you want to change the time of.
In the PGC Editor, change the Still time to whatever you want. Allowed values are 0-254 (seconds). 255 = infinite. OK and save.

What did you? It is illegal to use the PGC Still Time in a one_sequential_PGC. This is why the PGC Still Time is disabled in PgcEdit. You have to change the cell still time instead (with IfoEdit if you want.)Comment
