Need good hi8 cassettes

I wonder if all hi8 cassettes are the same? I have a Sony CCD-TR750E camcorder that I like to get the best of it right now is using a sony tape... perhaps if I buy a JVC hi8 cassette I can get better picture and sound quality would you recommend me something?
