When you use vobBlanker do you blank them yourself or do you use the auto blank feature.If you do it yourself stop doing that and try auto maybe your blanking something your not supposed to

Fixed, I think. I started over and changed the settings in Ripit4me: unchecked remove tiny cells, useless menu cells, and then ticked jump to main menu. I didn't use Munushrink (wanted to since the menu was about 800MB's) didn't use Vobblanler. Menu seems to work (haven't watched movie yet though) but the menu screen came on and I could navigate through the menus. I tried to run this DVD through Shrink as a full backup but I had the same menu problems that I had with DVD-RB.

BR7, not sure what you mean by Auto Blank. I had been taking the previews at the start of some DVD's and selecting the VTS, then from the window below looking at the segments and the video in them and deciding what to keep. If it was a preview I would right click and select blank. I didn't see any info. on Auto blank with the web page I looked at the learn about the program.

Just a little word of caution, this should not be used for episodic DVD's.

I've never tried it. Nor did I know it was there lol. I will try it on the next test DVD. Does anyone know how it works? If a mod feels the need to split this, they can.

I sometimes rip a DVD to my computer and just mess around with it using VobBlanker but mostly PgcEdit. It's good to practise these things and I learn a new thing every time!

How does this work?

BR7, can you explain how this feature works? The term auto blank says it but how do you then select segments of the DVD to blank. I had been selecting a VTS then the segments from the window below, watching them, then right click blank if it is preview or useless information.

It blanks every title except the main movie.

It keep every title that is more than 85% of the time of the longest one - so it is reasonably safe for episodics.
