I was wondering if anyone knew a link to a guide I could use to completely rebuild a DVD I have. I want a way to load the existing DVD, from the disc OR from an image, I don't care, and edit every aspect of it. I want to keep some menus, dump others. I want to keep some audio and subtitle tracks, and dump others. And I will then need to re-edit the menus I did keep to remove the links I've removed. I'm willing to buy new software If I need to. I'm just tired of trying to do this with 30 different programs and never getting the results I wanted.

Use either PgcEdit (with VobBlanker or FixVTS) or DVD Remake Pro. Plenty of guides on the sites.
