Problem with reading bytes after end of table

I have ripped a DVD and when I try to open it up in PgcEdit I get these errors:

I answered yes and also verified that it was not called.

This one I get in two places:

Scanning menu VOB of VTS 3...

ERROR! get_int: Attempt to read 4 bytes at offset 4 (0x4) after end of table!
Variable: ::raw_sectors(3,VTSM_C_ADT), length of table: 1
MsgBox "PgcEdit fatal error" -> yes

ERROR! get_int: Attempt to read 4 bytes at offset 12 (0xC) after end of table!
Variable: ::raw_sectors(3,VTSM_C_ADT), length of table: 1
MsgBox "PgcEdit fatal error" -> yes
Scanning menu VOB of VTS 4...
So the question is - how do you perform "Please try to fix the problem with IfoEdit".

I've attached the IFO files after that the first "error" has been fixed.

This is the error code I got when I tried to open up the files in Nero Recode 2:

Translation: The DVD could not be imported as the navigation structure is not valid.
    The V_ADMAP table is damaged.

    Problem 1:
What you did should be sufficient.

    Problem 2:
The VTSM_C_ADT table is corrupt in VTS 3. Try to remove completely the table from VTS_03_0.IFO with IfoEdit:
    In VISI_MAT, put 0 at offset 000000d8 - Start Offset of VTSM_C_ADT.
    Save.
    Then, remove VTS_03_0.VOB with PgcEdit:
Right-click on any PGC of VTSM 3, and select "blank out all menu PGCs". Then, select the option to completely remove the VOB file. Save.

    Good luck!
