how does one remove embedded icons from any video formats...avi, divx, whatever. Much like the Fox logo on their programs. thanks.

How well a logo can be "removed" depends on the properties of the logo and the user's determination. Haven't seen the Fox logo, but if it is solid the best you could do is blur it out. If transparent, there are Avisynth filters such as X-logo and DeLogo which can do a nice clean removal with some effort."What were the things in Gremlins called?" - Karl Pilkington
