Honestly you have badly confused me. (at this moment I consider 6_23_3 to be the last "stable" testbed)

    Uploaded 6_24
I made a change -- Is this What you want?? If not I need to remove it (I really am unsure of side effects)

As of the last couple of testbeds
subtitle language is always displayed unspecified or the code match? (yes or no)
in 6_23_3 -- subtitle extended info is displayed if the code is < 16
(In the 6_24 its displayed in all cases)

    Uploaded 6_24_2
Contains another variation (does either of the 6_24 address the problem)

The only diff between the 2 is TW.exe

Very sorry to confuse you. and thanks for new testbed.

6_23_3 is stable enough in range of my DVD2's structure.

What I want is (2-4) of post #264.
TW's feature between Audio and Subtitle seems to have a difference.
When Audio Language="Englih" and Audio Language type="unspecified", Audio Menu shows it as "Englih".
On the other hand, Subtitle Language ="Englih" and Subtitle Language type="unspecified", Subtitle Menu shows it as "unspecified". It should be shown as "English" like Audio?
Edit(It is shown last line of Audio and Subtitle in the figure of post #264.)

But as tetusro_ja says, above case may not actually exist. (I created above by editing with IfoEdit for confirming.)
If so, above would be actually no problem.

I found the difference between 6_24_2 and 6_23_3 which is changing to "Unkown" from blank.
      Is there other difference?

      to teturo_ja
      Thanks for info.
Even if language code, e.g, "en" is cleared by PgcEdit, Nero ShowTime still recognizes the language as English.
Can you clear language code by PgcEdit? How it is?
I couldn't clear language code by PgcEdit. Seeing info by IfoEdit afer editing by PgcEdit, language type is changed but not language code.

      Regards.

Oops, it was the way of writing which gives misunderstanding.
        You are right.
PgcEdit can't clear language code actually as you say.

My confusion was I couldn't understand an authoring package that would create such a code combination. You didn't mention that you hand edited it

I Don't believe that code combination is even legal in specs

You need to understand IfoEdit will allow the user such latitude to tinker.
You can create garbage in Ifoedit very easily

          Anyway In 6_24_3
I'm now ignoring "present" entirely and displaying language code for subtitle if there
Technically 6_23_3 subtitle handling is the legal method and audio was the "sloppy" code
But its just a menu not an editor so I'll use the "Sloppy" method

Question Jinjin_jp,Tetsuro_ja are the Font characters now roughly evenly sized in your setup menu's
In other words -- does it look like the same font size was used to draw all lines

Thanks for Uploaded 6-24-3. It is what I think better.

Sorry wrong explanation about how to edit stream info. I was going to write in post, but it was only once in the first time of related reports.
Actually that code combination may be not legal in specs, I thought TW's feature is different between Audio and Subtitle. I should study about DVD info.

Question Jinjin_jp,Tetsuro_ja are the Font characters now roughly evenly sized in your setup menu's
In other words -- does it look like the same font size was used to draw all lines
Yes, it is evenly sized like below

            By the way,
How many titles(VTSs) is the restriction of TW.
I had the error when 50 and over.
            1)When 50; message is "OnMenu Creation--Error".
2)When 51 and over; after processing and before save, message is "VIDEO_TS.IFO Error. Table Size/End Sectors Do Not Match. Not Correctable. Table sizes are wrong.".
It may be because of DVDShrink. DVDShrink has incorrect command when 51 titles and over. So It need to correct before processing by TW. The correction may not be enough.
Here is commands of DVDShrink output.
            Code:
            when 51 titles.
95 (JumpTT) Jump to Title 45

              Thanks, FA.

This is a screenshot of Setup Menu created by 6_24_3.
It looks as if the same font size were used to all lines.

                I have created menus for 51 VTS's (51 titles) by using TestBed6_24_3.
This seems to have no error.

TW follows the Spec limit 99 Vts's

The error doesn't tell me much -- The log might help
(though it probably won't help much -- Make menu doesn't have many error kick points)

Edit -- Just created Menus (including Vts) for 57 movies here no errors
(though it took 5 Min to create the menu 12 subtitles and 6 audio streams each being compressed)

And Tw kicking a warning on each that all subtitles wouldn't fit on menu
(Think I need to reduce the warning time down from 3 seconds -- Slows down processing to much) Lost a 171 seconds right there

Been studying the Pgc commands in the VMGM ifos straight out of "Squish" -- Badly screwed up when Num VTS>49

And the end sector for the FP table is screwed vs the start sector of the next table creating a domino effect
Looks like you found a bug in "squish"

I wonder if Recode has the same bug

TW -- Make Menu straightened everything out here

FA, recode has the same problem with the commads.
pgcedit says 139 commnads, more than it is legally permitted.
                      this was 69 title compilation
                      Well,fake movies.

BTW, TW handles it just fine

Its not so much the commands -- yes it looks like there are multiple things wrong
the initial table commands are probably being written correctly (except for the fact that there can be more then 128 of them --which is an error)
But then the second table is being written assuming VMGM_MAT is only one segment OverWriting some of the commands -- The HexDump shows this clearly.
The proper way to do it is bust up the commands among multiple pgc's (as I did)
This I class as a major bug in "squish"
(Off the top of my head adding things up the bug will show up on the 47th movie )

Yes TW Make Menu will fix both recode and "Squish" compiliations of this type
But I Need to test What will happen on just dvdtext >>SaveChanges>> I think Tw will kick a tables are wrong error

Just thought of something else "Squish" author said he would fix bugs -- Wonder if He'll come back after all this time

No TW didn't Kick an error -- All the tables actually start at the right offsets -- But It didn't/couldn't fix the problem
Ifoedit GetVts didn't correct the tables either
Pgcedit corrected the tables -- but the Fp is total garbage
If someone is bored enough to burn it -- I'm guessing hardware will also play it -- Up to A point

About 51 and over, it seems to be because of PgcEdit.
When directly maiking menu from DVDShrink output, there is no problem.
When maiking manu from saved once by PgcEdit, above error occured.
DVDShrink's incorrect command seems to be no problem by newly created by TW.
It can be sucessful, but a little inconvinient because I want to use PgcEdit's DVDShrink plugins(Remote buttons). Plugin can use only before maiking menu.

About 50 titles, error of TW is remain.
It seems to be different problem with 51.

                            Regards.

                              JinJin_jp

                              Just guessing here but
Pgcedit Save is just fixing the tables
You would have to delete some fp commands (or delete the FP table entirely) so that pgcedit would rebuild that tables offsets.

Its also possible that pgcedit will crash when trying to "tinker" with that table

TW Make Menu should then stomp correctly

You do know that no matter what I'm disabling the Title button on the remote in MakeMenu
that remote command would bypass many of the gprm sets necessary for the tricks you and others have requested

Edit Yes just tried the above --removed all commands in fp in PgcEdit >>Save Changes >>Tw liked it --No errors

ROLZ should probably here of this -- As the actual Pgcedit output (If fp isn't corrected is misleading)

Though I'll bet he has the same problem as I -- When just dvdtext is saved -- testing all tables deeper structure isn't an option.

Make Menu works because so much is being stomped on (fp included)

You were quite correct TW was kicking an error on a 50 movie compiliation and only on a 50 movie compiliation.
(50 Movies was the break point where I started a new pgc)
All others 49,51,52 etc were working

Anyway -- That was a good catch -- And me being dumb
