    Dirio_49
Just created 67 movies both ways -- Nary a problem

    Jinjin_jp --
jump to next ifo not 123.
Huh -- gprm(0) is reset to the title in ttn post settings 123 never comes into it (except via the menu call -- Now fixed)
123 is the switch used to trigger previous link on a second pass through the pre commands

12345 -- triggers sequential play through all movies --menus are bypassed until Menu is called via remote
12346 -- is the switch used to bypass tripping the Movie selector menu for a single movie -- it stops sequential play if menu is encountered
    This eliminates endless loops

Again there is no way to loop a movie -- And I will not set up such -- these are usually crap software player gimmicks that bypass the navigation (And also bollix it up)
It would also involve changing the meaning of remote menu buttons -- very unwise and not very clear.

Yes 12346 is absolutely necessary -- You are not testing with Menus sprinkled into the mix (or original menus).

I cannot allow this trick in titles with original menus

Again you are testing with PowerDvd (It doesn't really mimic hardware at all correctly)

This has been designed to be hardware compatible.

With all the options now its required to design to the target hardware players -- not try and make it work in broken/buggy software players as I've done in the past

Software players are all different -- many don't work at all according to the dvd specs that hardware follows (see prior posts between R0lZ and myself)

Right now the "best" (Closest to DVD hardware spec.) software Players are Microsoft Media Player and IfoEdits the rest all seem to have bugs)

Mpc seems to have some gimmicks linked to PGCN command schemes (some sort of return to last chapter prior title gimmick)
Showtime -- is just typical Nero junk.
KMPlayer -- almost works correctly -- slight bug on Title Menu Calls

I've tested compiliations burned with 7_4 Menus -- all play (navigate perfectly here) in 4 different manufacturers hardware
Used PgcEdits trace again all fine.

Haven't checked multi ttn at all -- thats next

Well of course it would -- the warning states that You MUST Select menus in this condition if you have set any movies to jump to Menu in switcher
This must be done in TW main (as in readding Original Menus to some titles) after Make Menu -- prior to Save changes

According to your presets Tw thinks you are adding vts Menus (originals) and on cleanup it NOP's buttons pointing to illegal jumps (You didn't add the menus)

PS for normal usage both On kill button settings -- should be checked

That option in settings just default for all the On Button pressed Play Movie/Menus checkboxes (Per Movie) at the start of Make Menu

          I think "1 Set gprm(1) =(mov) 12346" of each VTST is unnecessary.
What about this? (I don't take AllPlay into consideration yet.)

          ********** pre commands:
          1 if ( gprm(0) != 123 ) then { Goto line 6 }
          2 if ( gprm(1) == 12345 ) then { Goto line 4 }
3 LinkPTT (LastChapterNumber in this title)
          4 Set gprm(0) =(mov) (TitleNumber -1)
5 (CallSS) Call the VMGM Title menu, resume cell 1
          6 Set gprm(0) =(mov) 123

I'll allow it -- but its dumb

Tetsuro_ja -- I thought the remote next NextLPCN just went to the post commands

Also --I don't think DVDAuthor has support for LinkPtt

                Thanks for Uploaded 7_5.
The error of multi ttn is fixed.
(The error happend even with Menu, not only with Menu in precious TestBed.)

                I feel very strange.
1)It is always AllPlay, it can't replay one selested movie.
2)When pressed TitleMenu button, it jumps to first of title 1 not to MovieMenu.
These happen in PgcEdit's TraceMode and WindowsMediaPlayer, too. Not only PowerDVD.
The result seems to be different from you.

By the way, it is said that hardware player is not always be according to DVD specification comparing with DVD disc at least in Japan.
For I experienced jumping to next title even though there is no NextPGCN link.

                Regards.

Essentially no Link commands at all --
I could possibly implement something like that in TW main but why bother --this works.

Just caught a nasty bug in multi ttn's 7_5-- created infinite loop with no menus

And now to deal with the last thing on the Remote prior Chapter button --
return to prior title last viable chapter (currently it goes to chapter 1)

this is going to be nasty

this could be cute if I can come up with a way to do it as it would treat all movies "as 1 Big movie"

Jinjin_jp -- well crud -- now its happening here.

But not in WMP -- that always goes to root menu if present (which calls the title menu)

                      Thanks for explanation and TestBed7_5_2.

Although there is no error as long as I tested TestBed7_5_2, I feel strange too about the two points jinjin_jp said.

It would act like PlayAll on normal exit with Enable remote enabled

                          No.
For example, assume three movies, then I expect Title Menu to operate like this:
"Title 1" button -> Play Title 1 -> Title Menu
"Title 2" button -> Play Title 2 -> Title Menu
"Title 3" button -> Play Title 3 -> Title Menu
                          "PlayAll" button -> Play Title 1 -> Play Title 2 -> Play Title 3 -> Title Menu

I had that awhile ago -- with the seperate pgc as NexrLPCN target

                            You are not thinking

That is most of what R0lZ and I were discussing previously

Much Much more difficult -- without setting up a seperate pgc for the NextLPCN link

(Been there done that- and then vobblanker kicks -- although why you would ever use/need vobblanker for after TW is way beyond me)

TW contains no Cell support routines at all

And "authoring a dummy chapter" into the mix is not an option (my bestguess is almost 75kb increase in TW to implement) including a fairly slow pass through the "movie" vobs to create the correct navpacks and adjust the others ad nauseam.
(and thats more than the whole make menu to date)

And then I run into unending problems importing Original menus

No not an option -- not for this.
And especially not when you can just hit the menu button on the Remote to exit to menu
Or Not use this "Remote" option at all

As soon as you mix any remote option of this nature in with Menus you run into final goal problems (either next title or Menu)

At the moment there is actually no way to determine if the last chapter exited "normally" or by NextLPCN link

with a dummy pgc its childishly easy -- without a nightmare
