Just created 67 movies both ways -- Nary a problem
Jinjin_jp --
Huh -- gprm(0) is reset to the title in ttn post settings 123 never comes into it (except via the menu call -- Now fixed)
123 is the switch used to trigger previous link on a second pass through the pre commands
12345 -- triggers sequential play through all movies --menus are bypassed until Menu is called via remote
12346 -- is the switch used to bypass tripping the Movie selector menu for a single movie -- it stops sequential play if menu is encountered
This eliminates endless loops
Again there is no way to loop a movie -- And I will not set up such -- these are usually crap software player gimmicks that bypass the navigation (And also bollix it up)
It would also involve changing the meaning of remote menu buttons -- very unwise and not very clear.
Yes 12346 is absolutely necessary -- You are not testing with Menus sprinkled into the mix (or original menus).
I cannot allow this trick in titles with original menus
Again you are testing with PowerDvd (It doesn't really mimic hardware at all correctly)
This has been designed to be hardware compatible.
With all the options now its required to design to the target hardware players -- not try and make it work in broken/buggy software players as I've done in the past
Software players are all different -- many don't work at all according to the dvd specs that hardware follows (see prior posts between R0lZ and myself)
Right now the "best" (Closest to DVD hardware spec.) software Players are Microsoft Media Player and IfoEdits the rest all seem to have bugs)
Mpc seems to have some gimmicks linked to PGCN command schemes (some sort of return to last chapter prior title gimmick)
Showtime -- is just typical Nero junk.
KMPlayer -- almost works correctly -- slight bug on Title Menu Calls
I've tested compiliations burned with 7_4 Menus -- all play (navigate perfectly here) in 4 different manufacturers hardware
Used PgcEdits trace again all fine.
Haven't checked multi ttn at all -- thats next
