Titlewriter - Want Menu Only/No Chapters

I am using Titlewriter v4.32 with DVDShrink v3.2.0.15 and need help with the following:
I want to create a menu without chapters, subtitles or audio - just a menu with my own background and a PLAY button. How can I accomplish this?

select Squished compiliation
Make menu
Now uncheck the box Create Chapter,Audio ... and right next to it apply to all
Now check On button presed Play Movie
And Apply to all at the bottom of that group
Use the ... box next to select background
Edit the text fields as you wish
Click Create Menu and add it -- Done

Your Play button will be the thumbnail
