Hey there,,,
I'm pretty new to the decrypting/shrinking/encoding to PMP field... and of course, I need help.
Basically, I'm in the US, and I downloaded DVD Shrink, but I cannot seem to get it to actually perform the backup. It will do everything right, according to the online help files that I've read, up until I actually hit the "backup" button. From there I get the hourglass icon, and it waits a few seconds and closes itself.
I'm running XP Home, in the US, downloading via Internet Explorer. Is this pertinent to the problem or am I just missing something in the ap?
Any help will be very well appreciated.
