Double Sided DVD's

hey guys..
i really was educated alot from ur tutorials but i'm facing a problem
i have a movie when is splitted in two sides..what i want to do is have them on one DVD-5 dvd.. with one menu and one movie stream...

please if anyone can help me on that...or tell me what are ma options,
