add DVD subtitle HELP!!!

I cannot sencronize subtitle with dvdlab pro.
Dvd is NTSC ...
I try everyway...Try DvdMaestro but no menu and aspect ratio --4:3--
I can't change this... I'm try for 5 days...

Try VSO's ConvertXToDVD good quality output fairly fast & ablilty to add .srt + other sub formats - also gives sub positioning & editing options.
