May be somebody knows if it's possible to apply voice on a DivX or AVI or XviD or MPEG 4 video file ? There is any kind of editing software exist for that?
For example there is a movie in English language and I want to apply a interpretataion background voice on it in different language...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

        Hope this helps

Nero Vision5 & prev version has option for adding secondary audio files (or different sound/voice files) specifically for back ground. So if u have Latest Nero Vision then follow per below:
        1. Open NV 5
        2. Go to Make DVD, choose DVD Video when list pops up.
        3. Go to right side & choose add video files & browse to your Vid.
        4. Along the bottom of NV click "More" option & Check the box that says Create Chapters Automatically (If u want chapters) **Leave the other option checked** (Ie: The Never use black thumbnails should be checked)
        5. Now Click "Next" & on the right side click "Customise"
        6. Expand the Properties button.
        7. Go to Background Audio & from drop down box choose Custom Audio.
        8. Browse to where your preferred audio file is & add.
        9. Now if you click on Options & hover mouse over the lil lines on the left of little pop up window you can fade in or out with audio & also u can increase the volume. Expirement with Volume as increasing it too much may result in distortion.
        10. When actually playing DVD u my have to choose secondary audio to access this custom audio file u added.

Now all you have to do is actually make the custom interpretation audio file. For doing that, use previous post, or u can use windows recording as well. Just ensure whatever format you save in is NV compatible & your dvd will play it.
        Use Rewritable media to test.

Ps; I have not Personally tested NV 5 for this purpose BUT have been successful at same with prev version of Nero Vision.
Lemme know how it works out for you or if u have trouble.
