how to Author 6 movies in 4.3gb (dvd5)

Hi All : Could you pls. tell me the right way & sofware for author 6 movies in 4.3gb dvd (Ea movie @ 2.30 hur.)

Remember that quality is dependent on bitrate.
Now Size = bitrate x time.
For 6 movies,each 2.5 hrs long, to fit into one 4.5 GB DVD, the bitrate of each movie will be about 700 kbps( video+ audio). Now DVD specifications do not allow such a low bitrate. So you will have to encode them as DivX/XviD avi files. Even then,at 700 kbps ,the files will be of significantly low quality.
You can fit 3 movies(as DivX/XviD avi) with reasonable quality into a SL DVD.

At 30 cents per disk, why put 6 movies of totally unwatchable quality on one disk, when you can have 6 high quality ones on 6 discs?

Because i find in the market & internet they authored @ 5 movies in 4.3 GB vcd quality w/16.9 screen so I want do the same. i am trying but the qlty. is very low.

And even at VCD compliant bitrate he won't be able to fit 5 movies, each of 2.5 hrs, into a SL DVD.

I told you in post 2. Your best bet is DivX/XviD encoded avi.
If you have the movies in DVD format, convert them to XviD avi using AutoGK.
