    dvd playback

    Hi, I'm having a slight problem with playing back my backup dvd. Some of the frames keep darkening and returning back to normal. Does anyone know how I might correct this? Is it because I have shrunk the movie to much? When I simulate on Spruce it looks fine. I burn the dvd using Nero. Can someone help? Thank you.

      Sounds like you've "ripped your DVD without removing the Macrovision protection...

          I did remove the macrovision. I made sure it was checked off when I used Smartripper. Could the problem be that it maybe too compressed?
