Hey all,
Having trouble burning and closing a +R dvd using producer. -R disks burn and close fine.
After burning the show, a small window comes up and says it burned succesfully, however, after clicking on OK the disk drive hangs (with the green lights blinking) and does not finish.
Tried everything. The drive handles bit setting automatically for +R disks. Updated all drivers and bios. Through MSCONFIG only ran essential services from the OS while burning. Did a clean uninstall of Norton 360. Worked with Samsung and Photodex and no one can come up with the answer. Sent a copy of my system information file to Photodex for evaluation but no news yet.
The drive handles +R dvds OK completely with Ulead burning software.
Any ideas???
