DVD Shrink 3.2 won't back up!!!!

Hi. I have used DVD Shrink before but my computer crashed and I had gate way put a new harddrive in my laptop. I have encountered a problem with it now however. I downloaded DVD Shrink again and it will open the disk. The problem is it will not back up the DVD. It freezes every time I try to bakc up a DVD, even ones I have completed successfuly before. What should I do to correct this problem? I have been using DVD Decrypter and Nero Vison but I hate that it's not the original DVD like DVD Shrink would make. Is there another program that works just like DVD Shrink? If there is let me know so I can download it!

Got a new twist to the problem. I have an error message that reads " DVD Shrink encountered a problem and cannot continue. Copy protection error. The specified network or device is no longer available." What does all this jargen mean?
