Hello,
I have reauthored a DVD that shows a few short but serious bits of edge combing presumably caused by interlacing artifacting. Strangely, it only appears a couple of times near the beginning, but not later on, even in high motion scenes. Is there a deinterlacing tool that would allow me to just apply some sort of repair to just the offending frames to preserve the quality of the rest of the movie? The file is in vob format.
