I don't know ... I have just gotten so used to using "Self-contained" files ... I almost always look for that version ... if not ... then if I really Want or Need the proggy then I use the .exe.

Since the installation problems were gone even with Vista I no longer upload the zipped version. Up to now there were no more complains.

Hello again,

due to a little bugfix I've uploaded an update of Bitrate Viewer 2.1.1 last night. There was an issue with PES stream map analysis where a crash happened within file analysis of some MPEG2 files. You'll find the update here.
