DVD Shrink: Back up a movie only with subtitles. How?

Hi,

I have decrypted a dvd-movie, which is bigger than a DVD-5 (4.7gb) and I want to shrink this to a DVD-5 with the DVD Shrink, but I want to keep only the movie with the subtitles in order to achieve maximum quality. How can I remove the rests?

I choose re-author and only the main movie. However, when I play the new archive with powerdvd there is no subtitle on.
