Error on DVD Shrink- Need Help

I am getting this error all of a sudden when I am using DVD Shrink. While shrinking the movie (it has happened with the last two movies I tried to shrink, Quantum of Solace and The Prestige), it says:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file "C:\Movies to Shrink\FullDisc\Quantum of Solace\Video_TS\VTS_02_03.VOB
Incorrect Function

I have never had a problem with this program before and have used it on hundreds of movies.

Can anyone help.
