Hey!
Been using DVD shrink for a while, never had any problems until I recently had to reinstall windows (XP pro) on a new hard drive. And subsequently reinstall shrink.
Now, when I use shrink, it happily opens and analyse's the DVD but when I then click on backup, the app times out for about 15 seconds then closes itself down - as if it thinks it has done the job.
I've tried re-installing, but no joy. Is it possible that shrink is in conflict with any other video software I have (super, divx, cyberlink power DVD), or is the problem with the reinstalled XP? Or, of course, is it something completely different?!
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks. Failing solutions, is there an alternative app..?
