Afte running FixVTS VobBlanker posted: “IFO has more than one PGC. Unsupported”. There are in fact 5 PGCs in the VTS. The codec is MPEG 1/2 (mpgv) - does that mean MPEG2?

Anyway, VB can only replace a cell if the new cell is alone in its VTS, and if it has EXACTLY the same characteristics than the original VTS (same number of streams, in the same order, and with the same bitrate, aspect ratio, and other encoding parameters...)
Well, I guess that means MPEG 1 or 2. And mpgv means probably MPEG Video. But again, I don't have enough info. What program issues that codec description?Comment

In two identically-structured videos one has video content in Title 4 (VTST1-5 ) while the other has an empty cell in Title 4. The “Domain Streams Attributes” are the same for both and in both Title 4 consists of a single cell. I would like to replace the empty cell with the first-mentioned video’s video content.
.
The application giving the codec info is VLC Media Player.Comment

OK, then begin to extract the cell with video content with VobBlanker. Then, open the other DVD (I suppose they are on different DVDs, right?) in VobBlanker, and replace the empty cell with the one saved previously.
Note that the cell cannot be really "empty". It has to contain at least a short blank cell.Comment
