Help required in Dvd ripping

I use DVDDecrypter to rip dvd and AutoGK to convert it to Xvid file upto 700mb.

My question is after rippping and coverting the movie to avi file i dont get the clear picture and sound using the above software.

So kindly guide me I want a movie to ripped and then convert it to Xvid file uptil 700 to 750 mb with better picture quality and sound please help me out.
