PgcEdit: "Error in burn setup. ImgBurn.exe path not valid."

I am trying to burn from PgcEdit and get the error, "Error in burn setup. ImgBurn.exe path not valid." I have set the path in "Options/Install/Install a plugin, and If I click on F2 ImgBurn opens, but attempting to burn, I get the path error.

When you open the Burn window in PgcEdit, click on the Setup menu item (in the top left corner of the window). The path to ImgBurn must be set there.

Anyway, I suggest to use ImgBurn directly. The Burn function of PgcEdit has been written when it was impossible to burn correctly a DL-DVD from files on HDD, but currently, ImgBurn can do that perfectly, and much more. You don't need to burn with PgcEdit any more.

Thank you. I did use ImgBurn directly to burn to disc, however, prior to setting it up for a layer break I had to let PcgEdit place that for me and create the image file through ImgBurn (unless ImgBurn could place a layer break, I couldn't see how to get ImgBurn to get around the "Optima L1 Data Zone Start LBA: None Found (VTS_02)"). I had compiled 3 one-hour videos (PGCs), and attempting to burn to disc, ImgBurn was giving me that error.

If ImgBurn gives that error, PgcEdit will probably complain too.

The layer break must be placed at the beginning of a cell, and since it is at (approx) 50% of the total disc space, a cell must begin somewhere at 50% of the total space used by the compilation. (The available margin may be larger if the DL DVD is not completely full.) Therefore, if there is no cell near the middle of the compilation, the burning program cannot place the LB. So, you may have to swap your titles somehow to place the beginning of a title or of a chapter in the middle of the compilation. You can change the order of the VTSs (without changing the playback order of the movies) with PgcEdit's Remap Titlesets function.

If you can't place the beginning of an existing cell at the right position by swapping the titlesets, you can also try to split a cell of the title in the middle of the disc in 2 parts to create a new cell at the right position.

Note that if you try to create the ISO with PgcEdit's Burn function and it cannot find a cell suitable for the LB, it will show an error message and it will show you the PGC and the cell number you have to cut in 2 parts to create the new cell at the right position. Then, you will have to use VobBlanker to cut the cell.

Thanx, PgcEdit didn't blink an eye, created the image with the needed LB. I then used ImgBurn directly to burn to disc. I appreciate your tutelage.
