DVD->SVCD with multiple tracks?

I'm trying to backup a DVD to SVCD format, and my DVD has multiple tracks (it's 3 episodes). However, DVD2SVCD only allows me to select one ifo file, so, can I:
A) Make DVD2SVCD take more than one IFO file
or
B) Use another program, while still supporting audio muxing and subtitles?

I'm afraid that's the first place I checked. Either I can't find it, or it's not there *shrugs*
