Is there a post or article that shows how to effectively backup episodic DVDs? Thanks.

I'd suggest that you do the following search (Don't type quotation marks): "episodes AND DVD"

http://www.dvd2svcd.org/ use this on your coversion page it will show you the length of the first episode if you click the triangle to the right you can add the other chapters and it will rip and put them in order as you choose them the program is a little advanced but once you get the hang of it its definitely worth keeping and its free you will need either cinemacraft encoder or tmpgenc good luck burn on
