    Shrinking DVDs

I have a 2 layered DVD that I wish to record to a singe 4.7GB disk.
The movie is offered in two aspect ratios. How do I delete and burn just one aspect ratio?

    Canine,

If you have a DVD9 with the screen selections where you select which format you want like the normal or wide screen. If this is the case, all you have to do is delete the whole set of the unwanted format and then do GET VTS SECTORS. That's it.
Just burn it...before U burn, test it first.

    If it's a DVD9 with Extras, then you can use DVD2ONE v1.1.1
This program will turn your DVD9 into DVD5 for you and only takes about 22 thru 30 minutes to do...
I have step by step guides on these too...
    take care...

I'm plugging my own software here, but try "DVD Shrink" - it will be available on the Software/DVD Backup page in the next day or two.

It will compress an entire DVD onto one DVD-R, or you can select just one of your aspect ratios, or whichever parts you like.
