how to fit 2+ movies to dvd+r

Sorry if Iv'e missed a guide somewhere.
I'm happy on ripping and compressing movies, but I'd like to know how I go about fitting 2 or more movies to a dvd+r.
Would I be right in thinking I need Ifoedit. And if so how do I use it please.
I only need the movie not all the extras.
