    Problems with DVD Shrink

I have just recently started 'backing up' some DVD's. I use DVD shrink and it usually works fine but I've had three problems so far. Please let me know if you can help!

First, for the Movie 'The Rock' it shows the English and French Intro simultaneously in basically a 'hic up' effect. I made sure to delete any french audio and subpicture through customizing the Re-encoding, but what did I miss?

Next, on 'Spiderman' I don't get any audio at all. I've tried shrinking and coping the entire movie without editing any parts out, but no luck. I see other posts about similar problems, but I'm not exactly sure if I'm missing something when I use DVD shrink.

Lastly, when trying to back-up Star Wars Episode 2, DVD shrink crashes immediately every time. Any ideas? I'd appreciate any advice.

It's a multi-angle DVD. Rip it to your hard drive with DVDDEcrypter. Make certain to choose "Select all files" and DO NOT select a specific angle. Use this rip with DVDShrink...
