I have a PS2 AND an toddler... I NEED to make back ups.... i have a have a dvd burner sony dru 500ax what do i need to do next? i have dvd-r's .... do i need a program? dvd-r cost a bit much to become coasters...

FIRSTLY, before doing any copying, make sure you can somehow get a modchip installed in your ps2 so you can actually play the dvd-r's.Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:

you need a modchip and a bit-t-bit copy software like pinacle instantcopy or clonedvd etc...
sorry now you doesn't need a modchip anymore you can get a plastic piece to play backups etc..
it's called the slide-card
