    dvdr to dvdr?

    Hi could someone give me any advice on how they make backups of their dvdrs. Iv tried various ways using nero and copy2dvd etc and altough the burning is completed the disc i hav created wont play even in my pc.

    Using NERO, it's as simple as selecting "Copy DVD" (use your burner for both reading the original DVD-R and then writing the duplicate DVD-R). If this is, for any reason, unsuccessful for you, copy the original DVD-R to your hard drive and then use NERO in "DVD-Video" mode to burn...

      The best and easiest and no cost is to use DVD Decrypter.
      DO NOT COPY ON THE FLY!!!

      Use DVD Decrypter to copy it into your HD and then use it to burn it back onto your DVDR.

      It's that simple...this is only from DVDR to DVDR ...

        If you want to use DVDIdiot's suggestion, you MUST use DVDDecrypter to rip the DVD in ISO mode - since DVDDecrypter ONLY has burning capability for ISO image files...
