absolute best settings for ic7?

this message is for mrbass i suppose. im using the ic7 hidden settings tool and want to know what would give me the absolute best quality result from ic7, time is not an issue.

I gave up on IC7 has I couldn't get the program to fill the disc. I kept changing settings but whatever compression I used, the file size was the same. I did 70%, 80% and 95% and they all came out at 3.7GB.
