copying a backup from xcopy

Hi a am having a problem. I have used DVD X COPY EXPRESS to make backups of my DVD collection. My daughter has destroyed one of the originals and I wanted to make a backup of my backup so that I will always have a good copy. DVD X COPY won't let me do this is there software avaliable that will let me make a backup from a DVD X COPY BACKUP?
