DVD to DVD total frustration 4.7 disk

I have have everything HP, dvd disk burner, software,computer and their media which is + as they request.

I have duplicated(many times)movie and it wont work in Power Dvd and my dvd player which is compatible per HP.

I used Decripter and produced a PERFECT COPY .Is there something I am missing?

1) If it won't play on your PC under PowerDVD and it won't play on your (I presume you mean a standalone) DVD player, then how do you know that you "produced a PERFECT COPY"?

2) Are you able to open the DVD in Explorer? If so, what are the contents?

3) HOW did you use DVD Decrypter?

4) If separate burning software was used, what software and procedures did you use?
