"I have two movies as VTS_01 and VTS_02"

What are the names and sizes of ALL of the files you are talking about?

      Small

      VTS_01_0 to _01_3 and
      VTS_02_0 to _02_4

Both will fit into a DVD-R

What I did was rename the VTS_01 from another movie to VTS_02 and put the files on the same forlder as another VTS_01. When I select Create VIDEO_TS file. It will only include the VTS_01 or VTS_02 (depending on which one is highlighted), but not both. I guess I need a VIDEO_TS file that will include both VTS sets.

      Thanks!

I had the same problem. The way I resolved it was to backup my .IFOs.

Tools => Backup IFOs: input directory for location of backup. IfoEdit generated me a new VIDEO_TS file.
