Recording *.IMG files?

Hello, I'm wondering if someone knows of a program that is able to handle *.IMG DVD image files for Windows? Or of a way to convert it to a file format that I can use? I have already tried using UltraISO which converted but when I recorded the file it didnt work properly after.
Any help would be great thanks

just rename it to .iso and Nero will burn it or u can use DVD Decrypter and burn the .img file

You could either mount it as a virtual drive using Daemon tools or Alcohol 120%. The latter allows you to burn the .img file to disk (DVD or CD).
