Brand has influence on dvd compilation???

Hello Guys, Ladies!!

Question 1:
Is it possible that i get problems with some brands???

example: I burnt a dvd and it didn't work correctly, it hangs
on my pioneer standalone dvd player!!!
I tryed it on an other
brand and it worked correlcly!!!!

Question 2:
What is a good brand???

Of course brands differ! Look out for ritek G03 or G04! they are great! I was using some allstar.... IT SUCKS!!! Now I use only tayio yuden (that's) dvd-r! THEY ARE PERFECT!!!!!!

ritek g04 the best i've found!
ritek g03 are very good, that's write something good something bad.
datasafe (but with id ritek) are good
