DVD SHRINK not working

i have purchased a liteon 4x dvd dual drive, downloaded clone dvd, nero trial version,dvd decrypter, and dvd shrink. The only one that seems to be doing anything is the decrypter, but then i still can't copy a dvd to my hard drive or another disc. Can someone please help me?
