burn .cdi dvd image

i got a .cdi dvd image, what program should i use to burn this type of dvd image?
i tried nero and it does not support it, is there a way to simply rename it or "translate" without the need to install another program?

thanks, i tried that cdi to nero and it always gave me errors

however i simply renamed the .cdi to .iso and used DVD Decrypter to burn on a dvd-rw to test it and it worked !!!!

i then tried playing it on dvd players and on my PC and the renamed .cdi file to .iso works
