DVD Shrink Out Performs DVD Xcopy Platinum

I just wanted to say how much better I think DVD Shrink is then DVD Xcopy Platinum. I have had better luck and better quality. One question I have is when you select the proper region during the decoding process, does it really make it a region free DVD? Say I wanted to take a copy of my DVD when I visit France or Africa versus taking my original. Will it play on a DVD player from that region? Thanks DVD Shrink!!!
