how to burn

Ok, so i downloaded dvdshrink and shrunk a movie down to less than 4.37 gigs or whatever, then i downloaded the updates for nero, Nero Recode and Nero Vision, but how do you use those to burn the dvd. Please Help.

Okay this works great for me DVD xpress I click and you're done. No encoding and all of that jazz this program rocks

If you're using Nero 6.3 then you prolly only need to look at the first one but checking out the other doesn't hurt either
