Error - InstantCopy Hidden Settings Editor

Hi,
I downloaded InstantCopy Hidden Settings Editor 1.4.2.
I've never used this program before. I'm running XP pro, with Visual studio .Net installed.
I have Instant Copy version 7.0.3.140 installed.

When I try running the Hidden Settings Editor I get a popup box:

Run-time error '-2147203501 (80044653)';
CRegistry component failure

When I click Ok, the program ends.

Any suggestions?
