    DVD Ram Burner

    Just wanted to know if I can use my dvd ram burner at work
    to burn dvd copies? I Don't know a lot about DVD Ram
    Will this burner play dvd movies or Mpeg1/2 Divx, any work arounds?

      What make and model is it? Is it a Panasonic drive? If so, it'll also burn DVD-R almost any player will read. The burner will also be able to play DVD media as long as they're either commercial DVD-Video or DVD-R discs.

      Writing it to DVD-RAM will severely limit which players you will be able to watch it on. There are only a handful of DVD player brands that will play DVD-RAM. Panasonic is one of them. Panasonic has been the primary proponent of the DVD-RAM format ever since its inception in the middle '90s. The good thing about their burners and players is that they also handle other formats.
