    Last Ditch Effort (playback Issue)

Ok Here's the problem I’ve backed up numerous copies of my DVD's with Bulkpaq media (good enough for my needs!) with no problems - except this, when I play them on a girlfreinds dvd player LG DVD5253 I get 'Disk Error' and the media is ejected although the same disks have played fine in a number of other stand alone DVD Players.

The most nagging part is that my girlfriend has a Bulkpaq disk that plays fine on the LG DVD5253!

    Things I’ve tried:-

Setting the LG DVD5253 to region free - DIDN'T WORK!

Used DVD Decrypter to create an ISO and write to my Burner (BTC 4x Dual format) - DIDN'T WORK!!

Used DVD Shrink and burned using Nero 5.5 - DISK ERROR!

Checked the compatibility of the player at www.dvdrhelp.com seemed fine.

Can't think of anything else to try am I missing something?????????

The weird thing is the Bulkpaq that plays has three movies on Bionicle, The Hulk, and Finding Nemo using something called Multidvd45 done searches on google and it finds nothing! When you explore this disk in the VIDEO_TS folder a file called M45.lay is present quite certain this is to do with the multidvd45 could this be what’s making the certain disk play (clutching at straws on that one).

Any info on this multidvd45 or any suggestion on anything else I could try???

    Hopefully someone can help.

You didn't say which type of media (-R's +R's)???

Her player may play +R's but not -R's or verse visa.

    Just a thought.
