I have successfully burned about 10 DVD movies using DVD decrypter to rip the DVD, and then using DVD Shrink/Nero to burn the image onto a blank DVD.
I prefer this method because of the flexibility I get. (I own DVD X Copy Plantimum also.) I accept some compression in exchange for burning just the movie to my DVD.
Well, I am currently copying The Lost World and when I use the "Re Author" button I get the usual main sections; Menus, Main Movie and Extras. But,
Under Main Movie it shows:
Title 1 3,866MB
Title 3 7,602 MB
and under Extras it shows
Title 2 3,763 MB
When I add any one of these to the Burn List, and play it in preview I get the complete movie, in English and no subtitles, etc. In order words, they seem identical!
Can anyone explain what is the difference between these three? And how to decide which one to burn?
